I am a one-man shop and make each piece to order. I consult with you regarding measurements, finish, style and design before beginning your piece.

Customer Satisfaction
My goal is to exceed your expectations. I encourage you to call or email with any questions you may have. I will supply you with pictures prior to shipping your piece, for final approval.

Terms:
I require a 50% deposit when your order is initially placed, with the balance due upon completion prior to shipping. Shipping and insurance are added to the final payment.

I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or personal check.

Shipping:
I will consult with you to find the most satisfactory method of delivery to your location.

IMPORTANT:
When your shipment arrives, please inspect the box prior to opening. If there is visible damage, make a notation on the delivery receipt and take photos of the outside. Take photos of the piece inside and keep all packaging materials. This is essential to make a successful insurance claim.
